Queenie Kitchen: Make Your Own Beer Tower Burger!

Burgers with more-than-one-inch-thick patty are ridiculous popular out there. Today I am going to make mine too! Ingredients are pretty simple. Well I have my beef mince grabbed from grocer store, an egg, half onion finely chopped, and I cut some fresh parsley from my herb garden. That's it for patty! The rest is you need is PATIENT! I will tell you later.

Mix everything in a large mixing bowl.

Favor seasoning of mine: wine, worcestershire, freshly grind black pepper, some corn flour.
Be careful of the amount of worcestershire & wine, too moist may make failure patty.

Okay, this is the most tiring part. You can let mixer machine do the job if you have one. Unfortunately mine left at shop, so I need to it with my hand. I have been playing with this meat dough for more than half an hour. Until you feel it is firm. Dun try to skip this important step. Your patty will loosen before put in your mouth.

After that roll patty in your palm, shape them in desire thickness you wish. I advise you better double check size of burger buns you get, the best will be similar to them, right? Wrap them, and chill them in fridge. If you can make them the night before, it will be the best if chilled overnight. Your patties will be perfectly marinated. If not, at least 30 min.

And then pan fry them, till both side golden finishing.

Cut your Burger bun into half, sliced your favor veggies. Here I have my whole wheat bun, tomato, lettuce & capsicum! Oh ya and my mustard sauce too...

Tada, here you are my beef tower burger!

Of cos my mouth isn't that big to eat them in one time.
Go go go try your own and tell me how tasty it is!
Nom nom nom...
