Artisan Roast Coffee TTDI

Coffee lovers like me,  will never give up to try any new coffee spot in town. I have been heard about Artisan Roast Coffee quite a while, I hardly passing by TTDI day time. Last Monday, I was attending a launching event at TTDI hair salon. After that I found out Artisan was just nearby, lets pay a visit at the same day! ^^

Their counter are pretty cozy. I love their raw finishing in interior.

You are right, I'm at Artisan Roast Coffee bar, holding the first cup ever cuppocino made by myself in my life. I have a silly thought when ordering a cuppocino from Sam, barista cum cafe manager, if I could make a cup by my own. His response was kinda shock at the beginning. ^^V

He taught me step by step, like what he did I follow exactly. From grind coffee bean, extract espresso from the machine about 25 sec, steam milk into foam and then swirl it into silky texture, pour it in espresso end it with a beautiful design on top, I tell you it wasn't easy. Obviously the left cup with blank topping was done by me, the right cup was done by Sam. End up Sam said I can have them all. Thanks so much...

My union jack lay quietly on the bench with raw finishing wall. Artisan means handcrafted. The cafes are constructed using materials that men have invested their lives into: wood, stone, brick, metal along with all the imperfections of man. So do their food is made using real ingredients with no powdered substitutes for butter and no coloring's. Just good decent food.
